Surreal poetry - porthole by Andy Dean.
Poetry is a window into the soul, or possibly the pineal gland.

“There’s a lot of weird short fantasy and scifi poetry in the world, but by the time I’m done, I promise, THERE WILL BE A LOT MORE.”

-Jeff Mach

Jeff Mach notes that if you’re looking for short, silly, strange microfiction in the form of various kinds of poetry, large and small, you should read old editions of “The Magazine and Fantasy and Science Fiction”. Failing that, there are quite a lot of pieces in this category, almost but not all of them humorous, almost but not all of them fantasy/scifi poetry, and, as mentioned, almost all of that fair.y brief. Jeff, who continues to feel less silly writing about himself in the third person than in the first, has written quite a lot of short-short poetry. (There are one or two quite long, mini-epic poems in there; if we could find the trio about the Wizard and the Apprentice, we’d post them here.)
