Rothgar signed. The old Kobold was surely not as slow on the uptake as he appeared.
He simply couldn’t grasp the idea of people not wanting to kill him.
There are those of us who can relate.
It’s even difficult to dismiss as paranoia or stupidity as, well…quite a lot of people do, indeed, want to kill him.
